Step 6: Don’t Be Boring (Share Stories)

Stories are how we learn best. We absorb number and facts and details, but we keep them all glued into our heads with stories. ― Chris Brogan

It’s simple—don't be boring. Don't be friggin boring! There's so many people that can go out and teach the mechanics of how to do a deal.

But the way people really learn is through stories.

You have to tell a story so that people are cemented with what is being taught to them. The only way you can really tell a story is by having context created through doing deals. This is why we make sure that our GRID Leaders are practitioners and have lots of stories to tell.

Engage the audience. Make it fun.
