Founded April 2019
Welcome! GRID Arlington is a real estate investment community based in Arlington, VA—built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals in our local marketplace.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in growing their businesses and creating long-term wealth.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.
How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month.
Each month we cover a different investing topic in the lifecycle of an investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches.
They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers.

About Dan
I help real estate agents deliver massive value to their clients. In 2012, in my rookie year in real estate, I sold over 22 million dollars in volume but dominated my local market after starting the Orange Line Living brand. I was the Salesperson of the Year for Century 21 Redwood Realty and one of the top real estate agents in the DC Metro market. The strategies I used that year became the basis for my best-selling book which has helped thousands of real estate agents.
In 2014, after merging with the Keri Shull Team, I helped lead the number four team in the world for Keller Williams.
In 2015, I co-founded Optime Realty which became the home for the Orange Line Living and Keri Shull Team. That year the team became the number one team in Virginia and in the top 40 in the United States.
Along with helping over 1,800 buyers and sellers in the last five years, I have also been a developer of several new construction homes and an investor in several real estate projects, start-up companies, and private stock offerings. I have also raised capital for these investments.
My main hobby is triathlon racing and since 2016 I have completed five Ironman races and several shorter-distance races often placing in the top 10% of my age group.
