Your Path to Becoming a Certified GRID Coach
Phase 1: Learn
Participate in live twice-weekly training led by Maria Di Poce, where you’ll deep dive into Levels 1–7 and build real coaching skill through hands-on reps and feedback.

Complete certification testing while gaining client-ready tools, proven frameworks, and the branding and positioning assets needed to confidently go to market.

Scale business, build teams, and create consistent deal flow
For individuals who generate active income as a real estate agent. This track focuses on stabilizing and systemizing commission income, building leverage, and converting earned income into long-term wealth.
Investor Coach Track
Build wealth, grow portfolios, and create passive income
For individuals who generate active income through investing activities such as wholesaling or flipping. This track focuses on deal flow, execution, team building, and turning active investing profits into scalable wealth.
Certified GRID Coach Qualifications
Each GRID Coach candidate must meet requirements across four core competency areas. Certification is granted only to those who demonstrate both execution and alignment.

Minimum of 5 years active in the real estate industry
Ownership of at least two rental properties (long-term and/or short-term)
Ability to provide a profitable P&L from at least one operating business
Demonstrated production consistency, verified against GRID minimum standards
Proven subject matter expertise in a defined role or specialty (agent, investor, or hybrid)
Demonstrate an understanding of:
Revenue vs. profit
Cost control
Sustainable growth
Be able to clearly explain how income becomes assets in their own life

Documented experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others with measurable outcomes
Established credibility and influence among peers and within the professional community
Ability to communicate frameworks clearly and hold others to standards

Demonstrates clear alignment with the GRID Coaching philosophy, including:

Actively invests in ongoing personal and professional growth
Aligned with GRID’s mission to turn income into assets and decisions into systems

Willingness to participate in all required GRID coach training, evaluation, and certification
Commitment to ongoing development, feedback, and performance audits
Availability of approximately 22 hours per month dedicated to coaching and community responsibilities
