The purpose of these relationship-building events is to learn, connect, be inspired, and ultimately, do deals with the people in the room.

Typical GRID events are 90 minutes to 2 hours long, including introductions around the room, training, and networking.
Agenda:
Intros (15 minutes)
Training with experts (30-45 minutes)

Through our leader-partners, we host hundreds of hyperlocal GRID events across country every month. Most GRID Communities meet on the same day each month (ie 1st Tuesday, 3rd Thursdays, 2nd Wednesday).

Absolutely! Our GRID events attract (and are open to) all players in the real estate ecosystem including agents, investors, suppliers, and vendors. They are opportunities for everyone to connect.
Although some events may be held in brokerage offices, GRID is NOT affilated with ANY real estate brokerage.

Absolutely! We welcome investors from all experience levels and we encourage both active and beginner investors to attend. We believe everyone, not matter their point on the investor path, has value to share.
Addtionally, Many of our communities offer Intro to Real Estate 101 classes in addition to their monthly events which are great for people just starting out on their investor journey.

Yes! 100% of local GRID events are free to attend. We believe high quality education should be collaboration-based and available to all.
