Today I want to talk to you about the second thing you need to do when building a massive real estate investment network.
You need to have a plan that you can execute on a monthly basis.
I see people getting hung up when it comes to building a network is that they don't have direction. They set up meetings without any kind of plan or purpose behind them.
What we did was ask ourselves the question—what would a new investor need to know from Day 1?
And what would they need to sequentially learn as their training progressed so that by the end of the year, they understood what the full lifecycle of a real estate investor would look like.
