The key is to give away more value than anybody would ever expect.

When I'm in the room in front of my tribe, I'm giving them all the nuances to doing deals. All my best tricks and tips for negotiation and for scaling our business. I'm literally giving them as much as I possibly can.

If you want to be massively successful when it comes to building your investment network, you must create an environment of collaboration, give your information away freely, and come from contribution.
