Our leaders more than likely have charities they love and support. The leaders promote those charities every GRID meeting.
Out meetings are free for the community...we just ask that members donate a dollar, 10 or more to those charities.
100% of the money goes straight to the charity. We don't collect, we just help promote.
We teach the leaders that they should be creating Impact at the local level. That GRID is a way to help them do that.
We create a page on our site where we feature the charity the local leader wants to serve but the page has every charity so people in the audience can choose one that is meaningful to them.
Real Spark is a non for profit that supports young real estate entrepreneurs by helping them build skills in real estate sales, marketing, and real estate investing.
Ages 16-21
Each applicant has to write an essay on why they want to be a real estate entrepreneur and send in a video. If accepted into the year-long program, you will receive a scholarship that provides the following:
1) real estate license
2) GRID AI Certification (real estate investment training)
3) mentorship
4) new RE Business Entity.
