Welcome! GRID 757 Investing is a real estate investment community based in Newport News, Virginia—built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals in our local marketplace.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in growing their businesses and creating long-term wealth.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.
How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month.
Each month we cover a different investing topic in the lifecycle of an investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches.
They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers.

About Ronald
Ronald Rivera, a seasoned real estate professional with a distinguished 20-year career in the U.S. Coast Guard, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role.
Licensed in 2004 and a Managing Broker since 2013, Ronald and his wife have facilitated countless successful property transactions throughout Hampton Roads and have trained and supported countless agents throughout the region. His commitment to excellence is evident in his multi-year receipt of the Outstanding Salesmanship Award.
Recently elected by his peers, Ronald Rivera now serves as a Director at the Hampton Roads Realtors Association, adding another dimension to his impactful presence in the real estate community.
A proud family man, married for over 30 years, and father to three young adults, Ronald's journey from the U.S. Coast Guard to real estate reflects his adaptability and leadership skills. His thirst for knowledge, evidenced by an MBA, enhances his business acumen, benefiting both his clients and the success of MR Rivera Realty Group.
Rooted in principles developed during his military service, Ronald nurtures a familial atmosphere within his team. He protects and supports agents and clients alike, fostering an environment of encouragement and inspiration for professional growth. Beyond his successful career, Ronald indulges in his passion for water sports, finding solace and enjoyment in boating, fishing, and leisurely days on the water.
