Founded January 2024
Welcome! GRID Springfield is a real estate investment community based in Springfield, Ohio—built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals in our local marketplace.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in growing their businesses and creating long-term wealth.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.
How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month.
Each month we cover a different investing topic in the lifecycle of an investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches.
They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers.

About Sara
After 13 years as an accomplished accountant and CPA, Sara decided to pursue her passion and became a Realtor® in 2013.
She then became a licensed Broker in 2022. In 2023, Sara joined forces with eXp Realty to create Champion Group. Her team of professionals believes in advocating for their local communities and their clients. Sara’s office is located in Springfield, Ohio where she was born and raised.
Sara has over a decade of experience working with buyers, sellers, and investors. She can connect you with her network of movers, attorneys, home inspectors, and other home maintenance experts to help you through the buying and selling process and beyond.
Sara is a proud police wife, mom, and stepmom, and when she’s not working, she loves attending her kids’ sporting events and hitting local trails.
About Jessica
Jessica Swingle is a passionate entrepreneur with a background in finance, real estate, and marketing.
She considers herself a "dot connector" and thrives on building—brands, companies, and long-term relationships with like-minded people who enjoy working hard to make things better.
As Co-Founder of GRID, a network of over 16K+ real estate investors, Jessica leads a small and highly skilled team who share the same mission—to connect investors across the globe.
GRID provides leadership opportunities for agent-investors who want to build their networks, brand influence, and overall wealth through serving others in their local communities. For members, GRID is a platform for investors to get what they really want:
