Founded April 2006
Welcome! GRID CAZA Reston is a real estate investment community-based in Reston, VA—built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals in our local marketplace.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in growing their businesses and creating long-term wealth.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.
How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month.
Each month we cover a different investing topic in the lifecycle of an investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches.
They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers.

About Mike
I am an agent/investor with the CAZA Group. I have been a full-time agent for 3 years and an investor for 6.
As an investor, I always look to buy and hold, but I will use any strategy that makes sense for any given opportunity.
As an agent, I specialize in working with investors.
I am the househack king.
I am interested in sharing my path and showing people how they can go from their W-2 jobs to full-time in real estate.
About Rob
Rob started his real estate career in 1999 when he decided to buy his first home and rent out the rooms to some friends.
That's when he caught the real estate "bug" and couldn't shake it.
Rob spent the next 5 years buying rentals part-time and learning as much as he could about the game of real estate.
In 2005 his wife decided to jump into real estate full-time and they started The CAZA Group as a real estate investment firm that purchased, sold, and managed multi-unit properties.
Since then it has evolved into a diversified portfolio of companies whose primary focus is helping families BUY, SELL, and INVEST in real estate the SMART way.
They have created hyper-local business partners that have a passion for providing 5-star service and results. All have undergone rigorous ZONE sigma training which guarantees that their clients net more money in less time with less hassle and 5-star service.
In addition, Rob’s passion for education and wealth building inspired him to start a monthly real estate investment mastermind to help empower our community with the network, resources, and tools to help them build financial freedom.
Today, that little group has grown to 40,000 members and is expanding nationwide.
About Mark
Mark Beckett has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, investing and construction. He has worked for several regional and national land developers and home-building companies and has managed the acquisition, entitlement, land development, and construction process for multiple residential projects throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
