Welcome! GRID St. Louis is a real estate investment community based in St. Louis, MO—built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals in our local marketplace.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in growing their businesses and creating long-term wealth.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.
How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month.
Each month we cover a different investing topic in the Lifecycle of an Investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches. They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers.

About Tellee
Tellee Warren is a real estate specialist with over twenty years of experience in the St. Louis real estate market. He studied business at Central Missouri State University and then immediately began a career in the real estate industry. Starting out as a real estate appraiser and then becoming a real estate agent and investor, Chris has mastered the art of property valuation and has gained extensive knowledge of the unique markets in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. He prides himself in customer satisfaction and is always willing to go the extra mile to assure his clients are getting the best real estate experience possible.
About Chris
Chris Berra graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and started his first business at the age of 20. He enjoys helping others build wealth and passive income through real estate, in addition to assisting small business owners to thrive both professionally and personally. Chris has purchased over 100 properties, which has led to developing systems and tactics that achieve phenomenal results for his clients. Since he owns a rental portfolio and “flips” properties, he is able to provide real-life experiences to those that choose to build wealth through real estate.
Chris has been buying, selling, and investing in real estate for over 8 years now. Through his personal experience and thirst for daily improvement, he and his team are dedicated to providing their customers with legendary service. He prides himself on properly educating clients and keeping clear communication.
