Welcome! GRID Charleston is a real estate investment community based in Charleston, SC—built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals in our local marketplace.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in growing their businesses and creating long-term wealth.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.
How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month.
Each month we cover a different investing topic in the lifecycle of an investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches.
They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers.

Meet the GRID Community Leader
About Paul
Paul joined Matt O’Neill Real Estate in 2020 and specializes in investment sales in addition to sales in vacant land and multifamily sectors. He is currently pursuing his CCIM Designation.
His primary focus entails multifamily sales and investment products, working side-by-side with owners, tenants, and buyers alike. He has also spearheaded numerous retail and land transactions. Paul’s commitment to providing his clients with the best possible results is directly related to his extensive and up-to-date market knowledge. Among other things, Paul’s ability to work consistently and diligently makes him an invaluable asset to the MORE Commercial team.
Familiar with the history and charm of the Lowcountry, Paul spent a great amount of his childhood beachside at his family’s residence on Sullivan’s Island. He now lives on Daniel Island with his wife and two dogs.
