Qualifications
In order to maintain the highest standards possible through our leadership network, we look at several important criteria when qualifying a GRID Community Leader.
Individuals seeking application should meet at least ONE of the following criteria:
Purchased 1 rental property
Completed 1 rehab deal (in the ownership structure)
Completed 1 wholesale transaction
Borrowed or lent private money to fund a real estate transaction
Represented investment purchaser or seller in at least 5 transactions
Other requirements include:
Possess a track record of integrity-driven behavior in business ventures
Maintain a visible and reputable presence on social media to demonstrate the ability to engage virtually with your members
Be an existing power networker or willing to rapidly expand your connections
Be willing to adhere to a culture focused on high quality training and inclusive networking
Be team-oriented and focused on contribution
Be willing to think long-term and commit to a minimum 1-year timeframe to build and nurture your tribe
Have a strong desire to become a thought leader in your local market.

Launching your own real estate investment group gives you the opportunity to add another lead generation source to your business by empowering your community with valuable training and building connections that impact lives and add deal flow and other opportunities to you and your team.

Step 1) Confirm you meet the GRID Community Leader qualifications.
Step 2) Book a FREE 20 Minute Strategy Call to see how GRID can help support your wealth-building goals.
Step 3) If we’re a fit, we will invite you to apply to launch your own GRID Community.
Step 4) The team will review your application, and if approved, you will be awarded an offical GRID Community and choose your custom GRID Community name.
Step 5) After the agreement is signed and the onboarding fee is paid, we move right into the fun stuff—onboarding, creating marketing materials and building out your new GRID Community!
Step 6) This is the promotion period where you announce your community to your network and invite folks to join your launch event.
Step 7) Launch!

We require a minimum 45 day time period from the time you sign until the day you launch.
This allows time for you to complete GRID Communities training, complete your 1:1 Kick Off coaching call, become fully onboarded, and promote the launch event to your database.
