Abdullah Ghaffar, known as iHustleBro, is a Chicago-based real estate investor, entrepreneur, and founder of Elite Flippers.
With nearly a decade of experience, he has closed more than 500 off-market real estate deals and built an eight-figure property portfolio. His experience spans wholesaling, fix-and-flips, rental properties, novations, and creative deal strategies.
Before building his businesses, Abdullah delivered pizzas and worked in IT. He entered real estate determined to change his financial future and developed practical systems for finding motivated sellers, evaluating opportunities, negotiating contracts, and getting deals closed. Today, he applies those systems across his own investments and teaches others how to use them.
Through Elite Flippers, Abdullah has helped more than 100 people close their first real estate deal, combining mentorship with live seller calls, deal analysis, and hands-on support. He is also a partner at AK Callers, a lead generation company that helps investors connect with motivated sellers.
Abdullah’s teaching centers on execution: understanding the numbers, having better conversations, making offers, and following through. His mission is to help everyday people build the skills, confidence, and systems to pursue opportunities in real estate, whether they are working toward their first deal or growing a team.
