Bobby Davidowitz
Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Lake Mary, Florida, Bobby Davidowitz has spent his life pursuing excellence through discipline, leadership, and purpose.
A lifelong athlete, he played football for nine years from elementary through high school before graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Sports Management and Business.
Bobby began his career in lending in 2002 and went on to launch his own mortgage company in his 20s, laying the foundation for a two-decade career in real estate, investing, and leadership. Today, he serves as CEO of The Alliance Group at eXp Realty, one of the company’s most dynamic and culture-driven organizations, and as VP of Commercial Lending and Hard Money for Element Commercial, helping real estate professionals and investors access creative capital and build long-term wealth.
Known as “Coach Bobby Franchise,” Bobby is also a speaker and mentor who teaches on financial freedom, investing, real estate, and mindset—empowering others to grow in their faith, build wealth with purpose, and lead lives of lasting impact.
