I am currently a co-owner of LLDA International Properties, a real estate investing business since 2015.
I have been involved in the real estate field since 2013. As investors, we invest across the country, and as a relator, I am in Northern Virginia and Maryland. I am a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and an Accredited Certified Investor (ACI) specialist.
I am a member of the Northern Virginia Realtor Association (NVAR) where I served on the Hispanic Committee, the Maryland Realtors Association (MRS), The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and the National Association of Realtors.
Before I became an investor/realtor, I was an educator with over 30 years of professional experience with a MA in Deaf Education, an MA in Counseling Psychology, and a professionally trained interpreter and translator in English, Spanish, French, and sign language.
