Currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Genstone, my expertise is heavily rooted in the Single-Family Rental (SFR), distressed asset management, and Build-to-Rent (BTR) sectors. Over nearly three decades, I have built a deep foundational knowledge of finance, securities, and property lifecycle management, turning complex operational puzzles into predictable vehicles for building wealth.
