Welcome! GRID Denver is a real estate investment community based in Denver, CO—built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals in our local marketplace.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in growing their businesses and creating long-term wealth.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.
How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month.
Each month we cover a different investing topic in the lifecycle of an investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches.
They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers.

About Vern
Vern Harris is a real estate investor, broker, entrepreneur, and networking leader with deep experience in residential assisted living, senior housing, acquisitions, brokerage, and investor education.
He is affiliated with A Better Way Realty and ABW Senior Investments LLC, and has built a specialized track record in assisted living real estate, including involvement in more than $100 million in assisted living transactions and 80+ residential assisted living homes.
Vern also founded the Denver Association of Real Estate Investors, a long-running investor community active since 2013 with more than 1,800 members and hundreds of educational events hosted.
Vern focuses on connecting serious investors, operators, brokers, lenders, and capital partners around practical, cash-flowing real estate opportunities. His areas of emphasis include residential assisted living, memory care, value-add acquisitions, triple-net lease structures, market analysis, and partnership-based investing designed to create both strong investor returns and meaningful community impact.
