Welcome! GRID Montgomery County is a real estate investment community based in Montgomery County, MD—built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals in our local marketplace.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in growing their businesses and creating long-term wealth.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.
How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month.
Each month we cover a different investing topic in the lifecycle of an investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches.
They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers.

About Conor
Conor Reilly is a Senior Commercial Loan Officer and executive team member at Washington Capital Partners (WCP Loans), a McLean, VA-based private real estate lender specializing in Fix & Flip, DSCR, New Construction, Multi-Family, and Transactional Funding across the East Coast, with a strong focus in the DMV market.
Since joining WCP in 2017, Conor has originated over 800 loans totaling more than $362 million, earning national recognition as the #38 Top Private Originator and #15 Top Fix & Flip Originator in the 2026 Scotsman Guide rankings. He has been a driving force behind WCP's growth in sales infrastructure, lender-investor relationships, and deal underwriting standards across the organization.
Beyond production, Conor is a personal real estate investor with hands-on experience in fix-and-flips, partnerships and a practitioner's perspective on what makes deals work, whether he's talking with a first-time investor or a seasoned developer.
