Founded October 2009
Welcome! GRID DMV Pro Tips is a real estate investment community based in Falls Church, VA—built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals in our local marketplace.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in growing their businesses and creating long-term wealth.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.
How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month.
Each month we cover a different investing topic in the lifecycle of an investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches.
They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers.

About Kevin
Kevin is a Northern Virginia native and graduate of JMU where he studied biology and human science. After coming to work part-time at WCP in 2017, he quickly realized that real estate was the right path for him, leading him to his current position as Senior Commercial Loan Officer.
Since his start, Kevin has closed over 500 loans for real estate investors. He’s deployed over $200 Million in capital to fund the acquisition and construction costs of real estate investments in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. His expertise spans from funding fix and flips, rentals, new builds, and condo conversions to larger projects like multifamily, and commercial deals.
When not being a father to his miniature dachshund, Stevie, you can find him on the court, playing in one of the many local men’s basketball leagues.

He has truly earned his reputation of having an unmatched commitment to customer service and willingness to do whatever it takes to bring a smart deal to closing.
