#10. Jennifer Beadles— Where The Intersection of Investor and Agent Meet

Jennifer Beadles has done it all— from purchasing her first home, to flipping and fixing by the age of 21, to working for a developer, to now running an agency that helps agents whose clients are real estate investors find the right deals in markets all over the county.

Jennifer Beadles had a goal of buying a house by the age 21. Determined, she worked multiple jobs while finishing up college and lived out her dream of purchasing the least expensive home she could find.

From there, she saw how many opportunities presented themselves with real estate. For example, she could tear down the home, build multi-family (since zoning applied), or have the option of fixing and flipping the home. The potential in real estate seemed endless, and from that point on, Jennifer was hooked.

Her first job for a builder-developer included project management, which trained her in leasing, permitting, estimating cost builds, and managing subcontractors.

When she did decide to go on her own and become an agent in 2009, the real estate market had recently crashed; with few deals out there, she decided to put her own projects together! Her first project of four townhouses was a success.

Fast forward, Jennifer has built her network of real estate investors who are looking for out-of-state buy-and-hold rentals in markets all across the U.S.

We promise you will learn a lot from this rock star!
