#11. Henry Washington—Rookie Real Estate Entrepreneur: Out of Necessity and into Prosperity

Henry Washington started in IT and became a real estate investor through grit and determination to make his first real estate deal work. In a few short years, he now owns 40 properties, has launched real estate courses, and lives financially free!

Henry Washington is a rising real estate entrepreneur. His main goal is to help people out of distressed situations, helping homeowners with properties that have become difficult and cumbersome to manage.

However, Henry didn't start in real estate. Following college, he moved to Arkansas, working in IT software development for Walmart. Not financially educated, he became a "paycheck to paycheck guy."

After Henry got married, his lack of financial education made buying a house complicated because of his low credit. This motivated Henry to begin Googling how to make more money, including making passive income to provide for his new young family.

After watching a TEDx Talk titled "How to design your dream life through passive income," Henry figured out a way to buy houses with no credit and no money.

Henry's tenacity and willingness to help people through difficult times make this entrepreneur a shining star.  Learn how this young real estate entrepreneur currently owns 65+ doors, built a fast and furious IG following, and continues to show up for his community!
