#24. Katy Klesitz— Utilizing Partnerships to Build an Empire: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

In this episode, Rob Chevez welcomes Katy Klesitz to talk about the techniques she has utilized in her real estate portfolio and how building partnerships has helped grow her empire. Tune in as Katy recounts her personal story and the things she learned that helped kickstart her success.

Katy Klesitz (with her husband Frank) started buying single-family residential homes in Omaha, NE in the summer of 2019. Since COVID, more homeowners are looking to sell their home fast to we buy houses companies.

Katy purchased 24 single family, buy-and-hold rental properties in her first year, while working entirely from home and taking care of a 5 and 4 year old. New technology and cheap credit makes it possible to buy rentals from anywhere, and from home, without the need for a down payment.
