#5. David Dodge—The Valuable Business of Marketing and Making a Friend in Real Estate

David Dodge overcame setbacks in his twenties, including a run-in with the law. That defining moment put David on a new course. Today, along with his coaching programs, he operates a thriving wholesaling business using the power of marketing.

David Dodge comes in full speed with a genuine readiness to close a deal. He has been in the real estate business for over 15 years, but his start was slow and incremental. For the first ten years, he only purchased one property a year. A sharp contrast to the 600+ deals he has closed over the last six years through flipping and wholesaling!

Nevertheless, David has had some important lessons along the way that have helped shape his businesses, including a strong team and an emphasis on marketing. Another essential part of David's success has been through mentorship. David shares how mentorship significantly helped him grow and help him become the entrepreneur that he is today.

The influence of mentorship led him to start his coaching programs, write several books, and help teach others the things he has learned along the way. David Dodge is a founding member of House Sold Easy Properties and brings over 14 years of real estate expertise to the company.
