Nathan Turner is owner and president of Earnest Inc. He started investing in the US real estate market in 2008 by creating notes and later evolved to buying performing and non performing notes, well below market value. He has been involved in multiple facets of the mortgage note investing world, using both buy and hold as well as flip models.
After being involved in mortgage note investing for more than a decade, Nathan created Earnest Investing, an investment fund offering a steady rate of return to accredited investors through mortgage notes.
Nathan also hosts the Diversified Mortgage Expo, one of the leading note conferences in the United States. Mortgage note investing has grown in popularity since the Great Recession. This unique investment strategy allows investors to purchase and invest in debt secured by real estate.
