#28. Andrew Lamb—Sober Living Homes: An Alternative Approach to Maximizing Value

Andrew Lamb shares how he creates and manages his sober living homes to maximize the value of his single-family investment. Learn how to get creative with your properties and discover ways to convert it into a wealth-building machine through alternate ways of investing.

Andrew Lamb is a team leader and brokerage owner in Northern California. With the help of his wife Catherine, he quickly scaled his team to over $100k/month in GCI while consistently recruiting at least 2 agents each month.

In 2017, Andrew exited production and replaced himself to dive head first into real estate expansion, taking on a Regional Director role and helping scale a national real estate team built from scratch to over 1000 units sold annually in just 4 years across 23 locations, ranking in the top 10 teams in the U.S. for units and volume.

Today, Andrew co-owns KW Vaca Valley and leads his team in Vacaville, CA with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth and leadership. Outside of the office, he enjoys health and personal development, homeschooling his 4 little girls, traveling, and real estate investing.
